We do aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. If your order is running late please get in touch with us and a member of our customer service team will be happy to chase this for you. 

We are only able to deliver orders to the address provided at the time of order. Once your order is complete it is not always possible to change the address. If you do need the address to be changed please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll try to get this done for you.

Deliveries to remote or rural postcodes may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive, this includes next day delivery.


Whilst we always strive to provide the very best products and service, there may be a rare occasion that the order may not be exactly as you had expected. Please do not hesitate to get in touch. Our team will be more than happy to resolve this for you. 

If you wish to return your purchase we ask that you please inform us within 20 days of receipt. We will only issue a refund if the item is faulty, or damaged and you pay the postage fee to send goods back to us. Once your returned item is checked in, at our facility, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item plus any delivery charges you paid when you placed the order. This may take up to 5 working days after we receive your items.
